2nd Annual Seniors Expo Fair

Dear: Seniors Expo Participant,
Whistler Community Services Society (WCSS) & Mature Action Committee (MAC), in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), is gearing up for the 2nd Annual Seniors Expo Fair on Thursday, October 27th 2011 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The fair will be held at the Spruce Grove Field House located at 7328 Kirkpatrick Way. In addition to having the chance to interact with service providers in our community, WCSS is pleased to announce a venue for seniors to receive their flu shot from VCH Public Health.
As the Senior Needs Action Planner (SNAP) I am happy to provide a space for Whistler seniors to explore the resources available to them and a chance to connect to others in our community. Seniors Expo is an excellent opportunity for promoting health and wellness services for Whistler seniors as there were 100 participants last year. We hope you will join us in sharing what you provide for Whistler seniors at the Expo Fair this year.
You can reserve a table at the Seniors Lifestyle Fair by contacting Melissa Deller snap@mywcss.org or 604-902-0865 by October 14th 2011. There will be a $5 charge per table payable to Whistler Community Services Society to help cover the cost of the event.
Participants will have an opportunity to set up 30 minutes prior to the start of the fair (9:30am) and will have 30 minutes following the close to pack up.
