Reconnecting with Canadian Paralympians

We are trying to track down as many Canadian Paralympians as possible to share in the excitement and opportunities that will accompany the 2010 Paralympic Games.
We have details for the majority of athletes who competed in Athens, Torino and Beijing, but we have lost touch with a lot of athletes who competed before then and need your help in finding them.
Attached is are letters (English and French) inviting retired Paralympians to send us their contact details. Can you please forward them to any athletes who you think are no longer in touch with us, or anyone you know who may know any athletes, who are no longer in touch with us.
